At TerraTough, we stand behind our farming equipment and handcrafted woodenwork. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We accept returns within 30 business days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original packaging.

How to Return an Item

• Your order number

• Item(s) you wish to return

• Reason for return

• Photos if applicable (damaged items)

Package Your Items

After approval, repackage items with all original materials:

• Farming mowers: Drain all fuel, include all parts and manuals

• Woodenwork: Must show no signs of weather exposure

Ship Items Back

We'll email a prepaid return label. Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Important: Never send products directly to manufacturers. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

• Inspection upon receipt (1-3 business days)

• Approval email notification

• Refund processed to original payment method within 5 business days

• Bank processing may take additional 2-5 days

• Full refund for defective/wrong items

• Full refund for change of mind (within 30 days)

Special Considerations

Heavy Equipment Returns

For farming mowers over $500:

• Use provided freight return labels

• Palletize according to instructions

• Consider additional shipping insurance

Damaged During Shipping?

Report within 48 hours with photos to Manager.TerraTough@gmail.com for immediate replacement.
